1. 3. Sample Making and ConfirmationMake 1:1 physical sample according to the confirmed plan, including appearance, function, and assembly testing. The customer inspects the sample on-site / online, and can request1-2 rounds of free adjustments; after sample confirmation, sign the "Sample Confirmation Letter" as the basis for mass production.

4. Mass Production Scheduling ProductionProduce according to the contract schedule. Production process: refined copper casting / profile cutting → CNC machining → surface polishing → chrome plating / special coating → core and aerator assembly → air tightness / water pressure / life test (valve core ≥ 500,000 times of switch) → full inspection warehousing.For each batch, inspect 10% to ensure no sand holes, uniform plating, normal water output, and no leakage.

5. Personal Packaging and IdentificationLaser engrave the brand LOGO, print text on the packaging box, and customize accessory labels. Match accessories according to customization requirements, and package separately to prevent scratches.

6. Factory Quality Inspection and AcceptanceIssue a "Factory Quality Inspection Report," which includes material composition, plating thickness, pressure test, valve core life, and other data. The customer inspects at the factory or entrusts a third party to spot check, and confirms that it meets the contract before arranging shipment.

7. After-sales Service and MaintenanceThe main body has a 5-year warranty, and the valve core has a 3-year warranty free of charge for non-human damage replacement / repair; 24-hour online customer service, 1-hour response to installation / use issues. Regular follow-up, provide maintenance guidance such as chrome surface cleaning and aerator cleaning, to extend product life.
