1. Free samples are available , and the is responsible for the shipping cost of the samples; Custom color cards/material samples can be provided according to customer's needs to confirm the texture in advance.
2. Product reports can be provided upon request, and if the customer has a third-party inspection requirement, the inspection cost will be borne by the customer, and we will cooperate to send the samples.
3. 5-year warranty for the whole machine, and free maintenance/replacement service will be provided if there are any issues such as leakage or plating off due to material or craftsmanship defects during the warranty period; the warranty for core components such as valve cores will be extended to 8 years.
4. For non-ized products, within 7 days after receiving the products, if the products are not installed, the packaging is intact and does not affect secondary sales, they can be returned or without reason. If the products are returned or exchanged due to quality issues, the shipping cost will be borne by us. Customized models do not support return or exchange reason. If our craftsmanship is at fault resulting in not meeting the requirements, it can be redone for free or a refund can be negotiated.
