This is a kitchen faucet with deck-mounted, a water fixture installed on the sink/countertop (via the threaded connection at bottom). Daily maintenance

1. Wipe the surface with a soft cloth (avoid steel wool) dipped in warm water mild detergent, then wipe it with a dry cloth to prevent watermarks / limescale build-up (especially for the chrome-plated layer, frequent use of rough tools is easy to scratch)

2. Disassemble the aerator monthly (just rotate counterclockwise), flush the inside with clean water to remove impurities, and if the blockage is serious, it in white vinegar for 10 minutes and then flush it to avoid the water outlet becoming smaller / forked.

3.Avoid "violent operation", push and turn the gently when adjusting, do not force it; avoid frequent and forceful twisting of the outlet pipe to prevent the interface from loosening and leaking water.

4. Check the connection the faucet and the countertop, the inlet flexible pipe every 3 months, and if there is any looseness, tighten it in time to avoid seepage; the flexible pipe is aging (with cracks / hardening), it should be replaced in time.
